Cintiq, dont know how that ended up being first, it has extremely long delay, it looks like a second long on faster hand movements. Tablet that lags is useless, no matter what gadgets it has.

each one shows significant input-to-screen delay and that’s why I (owning wacom intuos photo) don’t use tablet at all… do you know any reasonably priced tablet free from this issue?

What if I just want to be able to do math/physics with a pen on the computer? I’m guessing the cheapest, most basic pen/tablet would make the most sense?

hey! Soooo my birthday is really soon and my parents want to get me a good drawing tablet. As a beginner i thought a normal Wacom Intous 2018 would be fine… but since im getting 155 dollars for my birthday, and want to spend it on a good tablet my parents think i should get the Wacom Intous Pro S which costs about 155 dollars new. And idk if i should buy the better Wacom Intous Pro S or the normal Wacom Intous… I really want the more expensive one because i think i can learn better. But i just want some advice…

Thanks, I’ve been a sculptor and painter who is finally getting into straight up design and need some good comparisons. but prolly the coolest thing about this vid to me, is for some reason, I started to collect vintage stuff from my childhood and display them. Lol, like your ninja turtles, I just broke down and bought a bunch of star wars figures, a lot of he man figures, a colecovision, and am starting to collect those tabletop arcade games from the 80s. Lol, not sure why, but they seem to add to my studio, when I look up and see the millenium falcon I never got as a kid, just sitting there, lol. May not of got that porsche yet, but I did get the toys I always wanted, lol. (Next is the arcade games Crossbow, Tron, and Spyhunter, lol)

nibs wear down because they are designed to do so. they need a recurring revenue for profit… because businessmen are… businessmen (not exactly a good thing)

  41. Barbara Burke on December 28, 2019 at 10:52 pm

    Any recommendations!!!!

  42. AskiaLuna on December 28, 2019 at 10:53 pm

As former for tablets such videos are good.
I find reviews from magazines are also important, so it not only remains with perceived values and the individual tables are compared better with each other.
For example, cheaper tablets that have very similar properties on paper to more expensive tablets may be inaccurate at work.
Cheap tablets may not last as long.

  43. HGHamster on December 28, 2019 at 10:56 pm

You didn’t even taken any other tablets into consideration

9:16 This statement is confusing… was your intention to dismiss wacom knockoffs or wacom?

  50. JM XD on December 28, 2019 at 11:05 pm

I’m currently in the process of filing a return for my faulty 3-year old Companion 2 that went into their repair twice. Now, I’m pretty wary about Wacom’s manufacturing as I’ve heard so many stories of people’s computers failing, but I can’t find any other company that’s creator centric. Is Wacom just terrible at the computer aspect period? I really wanted the computer aspect of it and was considering Surface Pro – but those seem way too casual for artists.
