Growing up I never had something like this…

Paolo, be assured, I believe no one here had a AI controlled automatic multiple zone compact oven when they grew up…

  6. starzzzy on April 17, 2021 at 11:54 pm

We have a Zojirushi rice cooker (got it second hand a few months back for $10- one of the best deals ever, has lots of features and nothing is wrong with it) and I thought that was fancy! Japan’s household electronics are awesome!

  7. L C on April 17, 2021 at 11:54 pm

  12. ScoutiverTTV on April 18, 2021 at 12:00 am

Dont all of those stickers make the machine look cheap?

  13. John Galois on April 18, 2021 at 12:02 am

As a mathematician i’m surely gonna get this Sharp Air Purifier.

  14. Sam LeBo on April 18, 2021 at 12:03 am

I’m curious about the electricity consumption of each of those appliances? One of the selling points, for me, is low energy usage!

  15. Nabiel Faiz on April 18, 2021 at 12:05 am

Can i request of japan animator or japan teacher/foreign teacher?

  16. Metal Detecting With The Kurks on April 18, 2021 at 12:06 am

  19. Jade A. on April 18, 2021 at 12:08 am

I swear most of these things are common everywhere or am I mad? (ps: I’m not even in a first world country, I live in Brazil and most of these are common here so that’s why I’m assuming it must be common in other countries especially first world as well)

  20. Nintendo Janice on April 18, 2021 at 12:09 am

    no vacuums?

  25. Ashkan Kiani on April 18, 2021 at 12:18 am

I have that washing machine and it’s my favorite thing I’ve ever bought. I use it everyday. But I literally didn’t know what the nano-x feature was at all. I wonder if it can clean my jackets after I go to a place where someone is smoking.

I also have a Sharp steam microwave but it has way too many functions and I still havent bothered translating it. I have a decent air purifier, but that auto cleaning feature is neat.

  26. Tirion on April 18, 2021 at 12:18 am

these are not technology, these are black magic.

  27. Juanfe Sánchez on April 18, 2021 at 12:19 am

  32. Night_Rose_94 on April 18, 2021 at 12:23 am

2 minutes in and i’m already sold. TAKE MY MONEY!!

  33. Ralph Smith on April 18, 2021 at 12:24 am

I would have liked to see what each item cost. i lived in Okinawa for 5 years. The remote control for VCRs had a bar code scanner. All you did was scan the barcode in the tv guide and you were done. You could scan a number of shows at once.

  34. SueLynn Shetter on April 18, 2021 at 12:25 am

    American products are awful.

  35. Justin N on April 18, 2021 at 12:26 am

I still remember over 12 years ago, I went to Japan and they already had Toto smart toilet when in the US , we were still struggling with the manual flush lol

  40. AC Cizzle on April 18, 2021 at 12:32 am

What do they do with the food in the fridges once it hits its expiration date? Do the employees take it home for free so it doesn’t go to waste?

  41. TuneTamasha on April 18, 2021 at 12:32 am

This is fascinating. The store guy, the stickers, the products.

  42. Marshmellow on April 18, 2021 at 12:32 am

Rice cookers are originated in japan and they have very advance cookers. Don’t know why rice cookers are so dumb in west.

  48. TheCyberMantis on April 18, 2021 at 12:40 am

Dang, that rice cooker is BADASS!

  49. ScoutiverTTV on April 18, 2021 at 12:41 am
