What about the Ideapad 5 Ryzen 4500u? Can you review that laptop? I was thinking of getting another laptop until I saw a review of the new Ideapad. I’d like to see your take on that laptop.

To me, the best one is T480.

    1.7 key travel
Deattachable battery + huge boost battery

That’s good enough for office use

Lenovos are really good. They don’t get enough recognition for their products… Just purchased an X395 with a Ryzen 7 3700u , Vega 10 graphics, 16GB DDR4 2666 Ram, 512GBPCIe SSD with 3 years on site warranty along with 3 years accidental damage for about 875USD. I just could not justify purchasing another Macbook Pro… I’ve gone to the ThinkPad side!!!!!! Go LENOVO!

  22. BroVoice on December 1, 2020 at 9:47 pm

Watching this from Thinkpad T460. Solid laptops.

  24. HJ Shoon on December 1, 2020 at 9:49 pm

I’ve got a personal X1 Carbon spec’ed with FHD touch screen display, not the 4K display. Gives great battery life, comes with touch screen and not too much sacrifice on colour. It’s light. But my company issued me a Fujitsu Lifebook U939 which is even lighter, crazy light in fact, super high spec and has full sized ports including Ethernet! Simply grateful to have both laptops

Where is the y540 or y7000?

  38. Paul Duffy on December 1, 2020 at 10:06 pm

So this is what I need. A laptop that can run architecture programs / 3D models and can also handle a few games like league of legends. The yoga looks nice or the carbon. What do you recommend? I’m leaning towards the yoga…

You guys are theives! After spending hours getting through to tech support, I canceled my $1500 order and a month later you charge me and ship it?!?! What’s wrong with this, how fast am I going to get my money back? I need my money for my bills. Is this always the way you repay your customers? Again this is theft.

Hi i require assistance please, i currently have a Sony Vaio S series (VPCS117GG) i have had it for 10 years given me very good service, although it has been giving me quite a bit of hassles of late, i am currently looking for a new laptop & not wanting to go the Macbook option, basically just use it for work where im in the construction industry & read a lot of building plans, spread sheets, etc…

  48. Steven L on December 1, 2020 at 10:14 pm

I have 2 x1c 4th gen (i7-6600, 16gb, 500 nvme), p50 and a x200. couldn’t be happier. If people only know what value Lenovo bring although with their higher initial price.

  49. Julian Lishev on December 1, 2020 at 10:15 pm

Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon is a joke – soldered memory, no option to go above 16GB (for any serious work that is unacceptable). It has U series option only, no OLED option. Just to sum it up – that is not a laptop for media creation or serious professionals, but at the same time it too expensive to use it just for "word".
